Cancellation Policy

At Durrant Studio, every piece is handcrafted in small batches by skilled South African women. Because of this, we ask you to read our cancellation terms below before placing your order.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of being placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

To cancel, email us at duanedurrant@gamil.com with your order number and full name. We'll confirm your cancellation by email once it has been processed.

Once Your Order Has Been Dispatched

Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, we're unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the item, you're welcome to request a return once it arrives, in line with our refund policy . Please note that as our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Orders for sale items and gift cards may still be cancelled before dispatch. However, in line with our Refund Policy, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order has already been paid for at the time of cancellation, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirming the cancellation. Please note it can take your bank or card provider a little longer to reflect the refund.
